In order to find the appropriate hotel or the ideal location we need to consider quite a few details, therefore we ask you to give us all the necessary information. Please give us a call on +41(0)56 401 40 16 or send a short e-mail to
info@conference-services.ch or fill in the inquiry form.
Thereafter - generally within 48 hours - you will receive our offer, which is based upon your wishes and requests. What we would like to know is:
- Type of the event: what kind of event are you planning?
- Given dates: are the dates definitive or are they flexible?
- Participants: how many guests will attend?
- Space: how much space, which equipment and how many hotel rooms are needed?
- Geographical region: where would you like your event to take place?
- Style: posh, exclusive, discreet, rustic, simple, ecological?
- Costs: what is the budget to be kept to?
- Your coordinates: how and when can we reach you?
The offered spaces are pre-booked. You can therefore take your time to study the listed places and take a decision thereafter. We can also give you a call and discuss the different possibilities. We will be glad to accompany you or to fix a date and time if you wish to visit one of the hotels.
